QF Electronics 2026 Grand Opening Ceremony

On February 24, 2026 (the 8th day of the Lunar New Year), QF Electronics officially resumed work with a traditional Chinese opening ceremony filled with energy, culture, and optimism for the year ahead.

This year’s opening ceremony featured a traditional Lion Dance performance, the symbolic Cai Qing ritual, a God of Wealth blessing, and the distribution of red envelopes to our team members.

A Tradition That Represents Prosperity

The Lion Dance is an important part of Chinese business culture. It is commonly performed during Chinese New Year and grand openings to bring good fortune, prosperity, and protection from negative influences.

During the ceremony, the lion performed the traditional Cai Qing (Plucking the Greens) ritual. In Chinese culture, “greens” symbolize wealth and opportunity. When the lion successfully “harvests” the greens placed by the company, it represents growth, success, and financial prosperity in the coming year.

The powerful drumbeats, gongs, and cymbals created a vibrant atmosphere at our office, energizing the entire team and marking a confident start to 2026.

God of Wealth Blessing & Opening Red Envelopes

In addition to the Lion Dance, we held a traditional God of Wealth blessing ceremony. This ritual reflects our hopes for stability, steady growth, and long-term success in global business.

To celebrate the first working day of the year, QF Electronics also distributed opening red envelopes to all employees. In Chinese tradition, red envelopes symbolize luck, encouragement, and appreciation. It is a meaningful way to thank our team and inspire everyone for the year ahead.
